Banana Bread

I had some bananas laying around that needed to be used up and I haven’t made banana bread in a really long time. So, I decided to try and find a super simple recipe that I could make 1-2 loaves of bread. I don’t really like baking that much but this is what I came across and I absolutely loved it. It was super moist and was so easy to make!

Ingredients:

3-5 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix the melted butter into the mashed bananas. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the flour until mixed well. Last, add your chopped walnuts. Pour the mixture into a greased 4×8 loaf pan (I sprayed some Pam with flour in mine). Bake for 1 hour. Cool and remove from pan. Makes 1 loaf.
